Peer Counseling &

Support Groups

Our peer counseling services provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences, receive guidance, and find encouragement from trained peers with lived experience. Through one-on-one sessions and support groups, we foster healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Advocacy &

Leadership Training

Through the Puget Sound Peer Advocacy and Leadership Academy, we equip emerging leaders with the skills and knowledge to advocate for systemic change. This program provides hands-on training in leadership, public speaking, and community organizing, empowering individuals to become powerful agents of change in their communities.

Resource Navigation

Navigating social services can be overwhelming. Our team helps individuals connect to vital resources such as housing, employment, mental health services, and substance use support. We act as a bridge, ensuring that people receive the help they need without unnecessary barriers.

Community Engagement

We believe in the power of community to create lasting change. Through outreach events, workshops, and collaborative partnerships, we engage with the broader public to raise awareness, promote peer support, and strengthen connections between individuals and the services they need.
